Our first product, Elevate, is an observation platform designed by educators, for educators. But when a single observation cycle takes 2-4 hours of administrative work, evaluations become a box to check rather than a conversation worth having. Elevate changes that by cutting evaluation time to under 30 minutes while improving the quality and consistency of feedback. Elevate is FERPA-compliant by design, rubric-agnostic to fit any district's framework, and keeps the human evaluator in the driver's seat. No automated scoring. No surveillance.
