We are a Chartered Accountant firm based in Indore, specialising exclusively in the accounting, taxation, GST compliance, and financial management needs of eCommerce businesses. Over the years, we have worked with more than 500 sellers across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and their own D2C platforms — helping them understand their numbers, stay compliant, and build financial systems that support growth rather than restrict it. What We Do eCommerce accounting is not a subset of traditional accounting. It is a specialised discipline. A single Amazon settlement involves gross sales, commission deductions, closing fees, FBA charges, advertising cost netting, return adjustments, and TCS deduction — each of which must be recognised, classified, and reconciled correctly for financial statements to mean anything. Multiply this across multiple SKUs, multiple platforms, and multiple states — and the complexity compounds rapidly. Our practice is structured around four core areas: Accounting and Bookkeeping GST Compliance Income Tax and Tax Planning MIS, Financial Reporting, and Process Improvement Who We Work With Our clients are typically: Marketplace sellers — on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and regional platforms — at various stages from their first year of operations through to businesses doing several crores annually. D2C brands building their own customer base alongside or beyond marketplace presence. Manufacturers and wholesalers transitioning to direct-to-consumer sales. Export sellers accessing international platforms and navigating the LUT, IEC, and FIRC requirements that come with cross-border eCommerce.
