Yates, a former U.S. Army Ranger (A Co. 3/75) who is a 100% service-connected disabled Veteran, a Registered Landman (RL) and a Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA). Day-to-day operational oversight is conducted by Joshua Derden, also a service-connected disabled Veteran, an oil & gas supervisor with over a decade of work in managing pipeline operations and a distinguished professional in his field. Currently, TPS is a premier provider of right-of-way (ROW) services for the pipeline industry, engaged in a variety of applications for commercial entities and executes maintenance projects for government & municipal agencies. Building strong relationships with our clients, landowners, and regulatory bodies is at the heart of our approach. We prioritize transparent communication and proactive problem solving, ensuring every project is completed on time and to the highest standards. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and an excellent safety record.
