Our sessions are rich in content and interactive. They include: - Overcoming fear, paralysis and indecision in challenging situations; - Using assertive words and expressions when responding to poor behaviours; - How to tackle micro-aggressions and micro-inequities, including eye-rolling, sighing, repeated interruptions and unconscious bias.
