The Back Clinic was founded in 1981 with a simple idea: physical therapy should be personal. We are a therapist-owned and operated outpatient clinic in Wilmington, Delaware. That means clinical decisions are made by clinicians, not corporate administrators. Over 250 physicians across the Delaware Valley refer their patients to us. Our therapists routinely exceed required continuing education with advanced post-graduate coursework in orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and vestibular therapy.
