The Baumgardner family and our amazing team of professionals have been an integral part of South Jersey commercial construction and real estate since the late 1970s. Since the early 2000s, we’ve expanded north and west to serve most of the state of New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia region. As a family-owned and operated company, we aim to build and foster long-lasting relationships in order to work together to build our local economies for years to come.
