The Bombay Jazz Club is a one of its kind music venture in Mumbai. Co- founded by Entrepreneur Musician Rajesh Punjabi and Musician and Educator D.Wood, the idea was incubated in a small studio where the artist community would meet to exchange ideas and play music together. The Bombay Jazz Club was soon invited to curate live music specialising in Jazz and related genres (like funk, the blues and R&B) at restaurants Bars and Clubs and have been honoured to do so for venues such as PCO, Soho House, The Quorum, Jolie's, Bonobo, Ode, Milagro and many others. Theres a few other forms of music that have the class and beauty of Jazz that makes the perfect setting for Corporate Conferences, Offsite Events, Brand Launches and private functions such as weddings. This led to us specialising in the field where we've had the opportunity to curate for some of India'a and the World's leading organisations/conferences including, The Aditya Birla Group, KLM, Taj Hotels, Glenfiddich, Zoya Jewellery, HICSA (Hotels Investment conference South Asia), International Watch Co , Unity Bank, Aikya Connect and Anand Rathi Wealth. What we offer also includes: - Professional management to ensure a seamless set up/transition and integration with client teams for the event - A one stop shop where we help with sound solutions/vendors, should our clients so require. - A one window formal billing with GST through our Entity - Sharing our experiences and guiding our clients in the areas of required compliances - Choosing and bringing together the right musicians to arrive at the ambience required to complement the event eg, a more ambient instrumental sound as a background vs a performance based act that some gatherings prefer, and matching products with the kind of music, and above all ensuring musical authenticity - Curating event playlists to ensure a common mood for the music before the performance and during the break
