The Bothwell Law Group (BLG) is one of the only firms in the United States focusing exclusively on False Claims Act whistleblower litigation. BLG has litigated and settled a wide variety of FCA cases as there are innumerable ways to engage in fraud, waste and abuse of federal and state monies. BLG also litigates cases involving the whistleblower employment protection provisions of the FCA. The firm routinely handles both intervened and non-intervened cases. BLG has obtained the maximum relator’s share (25% in intervened cases and 30% in non-intervened cases) in several cases.
