Welcome to Exclusive Butler School We are the world’s first and only Butler training institution accredited by City & Guilds, offering the prestigious Level 3 Butler Diploma - a qualification attainable only at Buckingham Palace. At Exclusive Butler School, we provide elite training through a diverse team of expert instructors, each specialising in their field. Unlike many Butler schools where one trainer covers all areas, our team brings real-world experience from the highest levels of service - royal households, private estates, yachts, and more. Our trainers work exclusively with us, ensuring a consistent and world-class learning experience. Through our non-profit Exclusive Butler Academy, in partnership with Broadstairs College (EKC Group), we also offer a two-year programme in Service & Hospitality, including an annual fully funded scholarship supported by Exclusive Household Staff. Our training goes beyond the traditional two-week Butler course. We offer specialist Housekeeping programmes throughout the year, delivered worldwide - from private homes and royal palaces to yachts, embassies, cruise ships, and luxury hotels. Whether a brief four-hour session or an intensive course, we tailor training to fit formal and informal service settings alike. Most of our trainers are qualified educators and assessors; others bring decades of elite service experience. At EBS, we believe in blending practical excellence with academic rigour. Join Exclusive Butler School - where exceptional service begins.
