The Growth Company is a not for profit company, specialising in recruitment, training and workforce development, ensuring businesses across the North West have access to a workforce with the right skills to improve their performance – now and in the future. Working in partnership with funding bodies we access Government funds to provide high quality, industry recognised qualifications, helping to remove the financial pressures for businesses, enabling them to compete and grow. The Growth Company is the largest work based learning provider in Greater Manchester and one of the largest providers of Apprenticeships in the North West. Since the year 2000 we have worked with over 4,000 employers providing valuable recruitment solutions and high quality training programmes. We have supported over 40,000 employees to increase their skill level and reach their full potential, even win national awards – we are a safe pair of hands for the recruitment and development of your workforce!
