Holley Institute (HI) is an organization committed to strengthening access, equity, and opportunity for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HH) children and their families. HI focuses on advocacy, education, and systems-level support that empowers families with unbiased information, resources, and guidance so they can make informed decisions about communication, language access, and services. Our work centers on early language exposure, family engagement, and collaboration with educators, service providers, and community partners. Holley Family Village (HFV) is the community-based program arm of Holley Institute. HFV provides a welcoming, inclusive environment where D/HH children and their families can connect, learn, and grow together. Through programs such as Deaf Mentor services, American Sign Language classes, family-centered events, and educational workshops, HFV supports language development, social-emotional growth, and family connection in an accessible, culturally responsive setting. Together, HI and HFV create a comprehensive support system that bridges advocacy and direct service. By combining education, community, and hands-on programming, we work to ensure D/HH children and their families have meaningful access to language, connection, and opportunity—today and for the future.
