Sustainable refurbishments, led by hoteliers. The Hotel Clearance Company helps hotels, developers, and designers clear, repurpose, and resell FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) in a way that’s smart, efficient, and better for the planet. Born from firsthand experience in hotel operations, we understand the real pressures of upgrading a property - tight turnarounds, guest satisfaction, and financial constraints. That’s why we created a full-service solution to help the hospitality industry refurbish without waste. From discreet soft strip support and off-site auctions to secure storage, private sales, and recycling - we manage the full asset clearance process from start to finish, always with care and commercial sense. We work with 4 and 5-star hotel groups, independent properties, contractors and designers across the UK to deliver zero-to-landfill outcomes that protect budgets, timelines, and brand reputation. What makes us different? ✔ We’re hoteliers ourselves - so we get it. ✔ We take a people-first, planet-conscious approach. ✔ We’re more thorough than any other provider in our space. ✔ We don’t just take the glamorous bits - we clear everything. 📩 Get in touch: info@hotel-clearance.co.uk 📍 Based in Dorset | Working across the UK
