The Next Revolution was born out of a mission to help bridge the gap in expectations and understanding between young professionals and their employers. Through a programme of group and individual coaching, bespoke training & mentoring and consulting, we help young professionals to find their purpose and we help companies to maximise their investment in young talent through better retention and engagement, helping them to build a pipeline of future leaders We offer this in a safe supportive and collaborative environment free of screens and other modern workplace trappings. We conduct a survey with employee (anonymously) and employer at the start and end of the programme and then again after 6 months. All of this feedback is shared with you the client to help you implement changes to make your organisation more appealing to Gen Z. Our team can also support you to integrate these findings.
