Our goal - Slash SME's Overheads - Fast. In 2025, the systems the big guys have used to stay profitable through tough economies are available to everyone. Most just done know it yet. On average we put over £150,000 per year back into any SME we work with. Heres how: We specialise in three operational changes that 99% of SME's both are and should be making: Offshoring - We headhunt professionals in the Philippines to carry out UK back office roles. Vetting from the same pools as the big four and placing talent that has already been sitting inside UK companies, in relevant roles, for years. Expected cost savings comes at around 60% annually and we vouch for the same output at the bare minimum. AI Automation - Most of an SME's workflows can't currently implement AI in a way that will be anywhere near profitable. Our stance is simple. We take a look, see if theres anything that's actually worth doing, and if there is we build and implement fast. Pricing here is crucial, we cut through the current inflation with this type of service and our offshore machine learning team allows us to price in a way that's actually feasible for SME's. Financial Literacy - We become SME's background partner to ensure they are both claiming everything they are entitled to and ensure that they are structured in the most tax efficient way.
