We are a nonprofit wellness organization. We provide integrative therapeutic modalities to our communities that focus on physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Our services help bridge the gap that is created from lack of communication between conventional providers and community resources, by creating comprehensive treatment plans involving coached exercise plans, nutritional plans, mental health counseling/coaching, and self care instruction.
