Originally founded by Oscar Toro and Nick Maldonado as a Tax Preparation Company staffed by Registered Tax Preparers, CPA's and Enrolled Agents has grown into a National Latino Based National Provider of Tax Preparation & Accounting Services. Joined by Javier Solis, founder and CEO of Los Taxes, the First Latino Franchise of Tax Preparation in America in May 2007. Javier has been serving the Latino Taxpayer since 1990 and has created a management and marketing strategy, which is now being shared to all our franchisees. The two companies merged in March 2019 becoming the only 100% Latinx owned tax Franchise and the largest in the country. Toro Taxes provides full training to all new and ongoing franchisees and their tax consultants. You and your staff will learn from IRS registered tax professionals with years of experience. You will learn how to provide the best service to your customers to learning and understanding the latest tax codes and processes. No experience in taxes is necessary.
