The coffee roasting "Torrefazione El Miguel", comes to life in '70s in Luino, an elegant town overlooking Lake Maggiore. Since the '70s El Miguel is a strong brand in the province of Varese and has been flanked over the years by La Cafferia, which gives the name to our cafes and our gourmet products. Actually there are several Cafferia shops, owned by the company and franchise, in Italy (in Varese, Milan, Como, Gallarate e Saronno) and four in China. These cafes are strategic for the company's business because are, at the same time, flaghsip stores, training centers, place where people can spend their time tasting the products and developing the coffee culture. Our mission is still the same of the founder: import the best green coffee and create quality blends to satisfy the customers demands. In order to achieve this aim the coffee roasting has recently got the certificate ISO9000, a family of quality management system standards designed to help organizations ensure that they match the needs of customers and other stakeholders, producing quality products. Moreover the company is focused on export, being present in different markets as China, Usa, Germany, Canada, Spain, France, Switzerland and Eastern Europe.
