Financial Reporting Valuations Business combinations and purchase price allocation, share-based payments, impairment testing, lease accounting, financial instruments, and portfolio valuations. Tax Valuations All UK and international tax valuations, including Income Tax (advice on Pay-As-You-Earn), Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Stamp Duty. Commercial Valuations Supporting your commercial decision-making, including pricing analysis when buying or selling assets and strategic valuation and modelling to support transactions, such as debt and equity funding. Independent Valuations We provide valuations for all regulatory, statutory, and contractual purposes. This includes Fairness opinions for boards, shareholders, and other stakeholders in transactions. We also provide statutory opinions such as S593/596 valuations for transactions involving non-cash consideration and expert determinations under shareholder agreements or articles of association.
