Transformational Mortgage Solutions (TMS) is a management consulting firm that provides a full range of advisory & executive coaching services to owners and “C-Level” executives of companies of all sizes that are involved with mortgage lending in the US. This includes banks, credit unions, independent mortgage lenders, or companies providing financing or solutions or services to mortgage lenders. TMS’s advisory services are provided via CONSULTING, COACHING, COMMUNICATIONS. TMS’s Consulting Services include loan origination growth strategies, operational “health checks” and operational efficiency reviews, from loan origination through loan servicing. While one of its key objectives is to increase net bottom-line earnings, TMS desires to help clients create a collaborative and cohesive corporate culture where ALL employees are valued and involved in determining the best workflow processes that will result in loans funding on time with the least amount of “friction” creating the greatest number of satisfied repeat customers possible. TMS’s Executive Coaching Services focuses on helping executives determine "WHAT to do" (their strategic direction) as well as "HOW to do it" (tactical direction), all the while discovering the answer to the most important question "WHY they are doing it" (defining their purpose). The goal and object of TMS’s coaching services are to help executives navigate through difficult circumstances, overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles & achieve success and satisfaction not otherwise thought possible. TMS’s Communication Services works with its clients to discover, define and articulate their message and then effectively, affordably, & efficiently communicate that message to their target audience. Also as a public service, TMS is dedicated to informing and educating (1) industry professionals through the weekly “Lykken on Lending” podcast and (2) consumers through “Today’s Mortgage Minute” and national television appearances.
