TruOI specializes in working with executive leaders and their team members in corporate chains and franchises to accelerate growth and increase organizational profitability and team member ROI in real-time. We do this by integrating all technology software (both corporate and unit location) under one operational intelligence (OI) umbrella platform. Our OI success system combines all company-wide KPIs, P and Ls, proformas, reporting, checklists, documents, HR forms, team training, and automated coaching. TruOI gathers all this data to create an interactive, company-wide performance management platform using our client's existing technology. One Platform, One Sign-On. TruOI is easy to use, easy to expand, and inexpensive to own - all while operating on any device. TruOI operates both domestically and internationally. We currently have over 4,500 clients, including Signal 88, Honest 1, Burger King, Right at Home, Splash, Choice Hotels, Senior Helpers, Sandals, and many more.
