Turner is an institutional investment management firm based in Los Angeles and charged with a simple mission - to create innovative and durable solutions to today’s challenges by investing in community-enriching infrastructure in underserved communities. Turner Impact Capital brings a multi-disciplinary investment approach to underserved markets characterized by large mismatches between the supply and demand of community-serving infrastructure and related services. We pursue compelling opportunities in markets where the traditional investor has been either the government or philanthropy. These opportunities are often overlooked by conventional investors, and intensified by demographic trends.
