UnderTheDoormat Group is an award-winning proptech company with three business units uniquely designed to address the market needs of the flexible rentals industry. Each of these brands exemplify our four core values: to Be Open, to Create Opportunities, to Inspire Trust, and to Grow Together. Veeve is an award-winning home accommodation provider offering a fully managed service for properties ranging from individual homes to BTR developments and serviced apartment buildings. Hospiria is an integrated property management software. It provides a single system, and additional Service Solution, for operators to distribute and manage their portfolios to maximise occupancy levels, booking revenue and operational efficiency without the need for added in-house resource. TrustedStays is an industry-first platform providing professionally managed, accredited home accommodation for the business traveller, in partnership with STAA and the UKAA. It provides a trusted route for government (via the GDS) and corporates to offer apartments and homes as an option to their employees when they travel, through their approved booking systems.
