Unintech GmbH is a German medical technology company specialized in spinal endoscopy and minimally invasive spinal procedures. We develop and supply high-quality endoscopic systems in close collaboration with experienced spine surgeons internationally. Our approach is based on translating established surgical principles into modern endoscopic techniques — enabling precise, tissue-preserving procedures under direct visualization. Our focus lies in delivering clinically practical solutions that meet high standards of safety, performance, and regulatory compliance. Beyond product development, Unintech supports the clinical adoption of endoscopic spinal techniques through structured training programs, cadaver workshops, and academic exchange. With more than a decade of experience in the field, our international team combines engineering expertise, clinical insight, and regulatory know-how to support healthcare professionals throughout the entire implementation process — from system introduction and procedural planning to hands-on application and training. Quality, partnership, and long-term clinical value define our approach.
