Founded in 2007, URS started as a third-party utility audit company and has grown to become a national leader in seamless utility management for real estate owners, developers, and management companies. As an independent energy management and procurement company, we support development teams by handling all utilities from set up to billing and everything in between, before ground is broken until the property is turned over to operations. URS maximizes net operating income and streamlines all utility operations by optimizing the intersection of development, construction, and utilities. Our services include utility auditing, developer assistance, sustainability services, expert guidance in gas and electric procurement, and compliance. We specialize in revenue optimization for multifamily and commercial real estate owners and operators by using various auditing measures to increase utility net operating income (NOI) and implement energy management initiatives to decrease utility costs.
