Our Company History Valley Tool and Manufacturing LLC has a pedigree of performance going back decades. The product of a merger between Maurer Metalcraft and Valley Tool. Valley Tool and Manufacturing LLC offers a wide breadth of capabilities ranging from sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding and assembly work. Founded in 1948 by Fritz C. Maurer, Maurer Aircraft; later renamed Maurer Metalcraft, began as a decorative metal spinning company. Its unique craftsmanship and close proximity to Sikorsky Helicopters headquarters led to a relationship in the development of prototype parts for new production helicopters and over the years has grown into a robust sheet metal fabrication operation. We are currently a subsidiary of Harlow Aerospace LLC. As a result, we are one of 3 businesses operating under the Harlow Aerospace LLC umbrella with locations in Connecticut, Kansas and California. This situation has allowed Valley Tool and Manufacturing LLC to be part of a company with 80 + million sales, excellent credit and available capital as we look towards the future. Our Business Philosophy Quality is important to any manufacturer. We emphasize quality throughout each step of our manufacturing process. Meeting or exceeding our customers'​ requirements is our mission. By continuously updating our equipment and incorporating new technologies, we are always looking to improve our processes. We also strive to be as efficient as possible so we can offer a competitive price to our customers.
