We have been in the business of supplying Filipino global maritime professionals to foreign-owned ocean-going vessels since 1976. We belong to the elite group of manning agencies appointed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to its Hall of Fame since 1988. Our quality management system is certified against ISO standards since 1999. We had achieved the highest standing for a licensed recruitment agency when we received a Presidential Award of Excellence in 2010. We are WALLEM MARITIME SERVICES, INC. (WMSI) and our purpose is to be at the helm of Filipino maritime excellence.
