WBVC is a privately owned and operated small animal veterinary hospital located in the Kerrisdale community of Vancouver BC. This hospital has served its’ community for many years; originally called the “The Veterinary Clinic” back in the 1950s it was purchased by Dr. Janne Potter in 1980. Dr. Sarah Rurak, Dr. Potter’s daughter, is now the lead veterinarian and Dr. Potter continues to be involved in running the hospital. The team at WBVC is dedicated to the human animal bond working not only with the animals but with those that love and care for them. Hence the tag line “People helping pets” as at the root level that is what we are: a team working to provide optimal veterinary care. We are fortunate to be located in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Great food, entertainment and endless sporting opportunities are literally minutes away from the hospital.
