Many people struggle with their sex lives, and given the taboo nature of sex, they often are, understandably, anxious and ashamed to seek help. We want to break down this barrier. Our team of psychologists and counsellors do our best to help our clients feel comfortable discussing their sexual problems, and provide evidence-based psychological therapy to help resolve their problems. We aim to help our clients to feel better about their sex lives, and ultimately, better about themselves. Some of the problems we treat include: concerns about arousal and orgasm, performance anxiety, functioning issues, low desire/libido, sexual desire discrepancies in couples, sexual pain, problem sexual behaviours (most often called sex or porn addiction), open relationships, infidelity, and sexual anxiety, shame and guilt. As we like to say, wouldn't it be nice to kiss your sexual problems goodbye?
