Western Ministry Institute (WMI) is a 10-month affordable online training organization dedicated to raise up workers for the harvest (Matthew 9:37-38). Utilizing A-list graduate-level biblical higher educators and local church pastors/mentors to guide and shape students' learning experiences, WMI provides each local church with easy online access to a leadership pipeline of courses designed to equip believers (some of whom are pastors or prospective pastors) for the work of ministry. A unique asset of the institute is the growing consortium of churches that collaborate to form a Board of Trustees that provides advisement and financial stability.
