wexxeljahre wants to prepare women for the challenges of menopause so that they can make the right decisions for their health. This includes evidence-based medical information on our digital platform access to menopause experts and a mentoring program for menopausal women. We also provide company specific educational services for executives and employees. Menopause is one of the last remaining taboos in the 21st century and there is far too little open dialogue and exchange about women's health challenges. In addition - too little interest on the part of the pharmaceutical industry in developing new effective drugs - the neglect of menopause in medical studies - the lack of social discourse about the consequences of menopause on women's business lives. wexxeljahre wants to encourage women to take charge of their own health and empower women to make the right choices for their bodies and their health future. Additionally we want to smash the taboo of menopause in companies and support employers in initiating an open dialog within the company about menopause and in creating better working conditions for menopausal women.
