Introducing the WELL Organization The WELL organization was founded in 2017 in Virginia as a nonprofit organization (3, C, 501) by Dr. Fariba Parsa, who after three years of leadership activities at George Mason University with female students of different nationalities. The WELL organization in 2021 decided to focus on Iranian women activists (inside or outside Iran) and offer online leadership skills courses and work to build a global online network with women's rights activists such as women's human rights organizations, women activists, researchers and other women's professionals in the field The Philosophy of the WELL Existence Empowering women's rights activists through E-Learning and teaching leadership skills to eliminate gender discrimination and moving towards gender equality Principles and Values • Respect for Human Rights • Responsibility and Commitment • Teamwork and Collaboration • Courage and Creativity Vision helping to establish democracy in Iran and achieving gender equality in political, economic, cultural and individual, social spheres Mission • Providing the necessary educational training and empowering women's leadership, especially the younger generation, to build a democratic society • Establishing and developing an international women's leadership network focused on training and transferring the experiences of political leadership and women's grassroots organizations
