WORK 4 A LIVING is a registered NGO in the United States and South Africa. We offer tried and tested, International Job-Readiness/ Entrepreneurship programmes from our hubs around the world. Our programmes are easily replicable and self-sustainable. The training is available to all and emphasises practical and essential soft skills to allow our graduates to thrive as both employees and business owners. Our goal is to see the unemployed fully equipped to join the workforce or start a business. At W4AL we do not believe in handouts but rather in equipping and empowering people with the employability and entrepreneurial skills needed to support themselves and their families. Equipping them with the correct mindsets empowers them to take ownership of their circumstances, thrive in their daily work, and have hope for the future. In the process breaking the cycle of poverty. At WORK 4 A LIVING we partner with people from the community who share the same heartbeat as we do in terms of serving the poor. Many of them are past graduates who want the same for their communities.
