Mit »workspotting« möchte wir das Bewusstsein eine:s Jeden erhöhen, diese Momente zu erkennen, zu reflektieren und selbst zu einem besseren Miteinander zu nutzen. Wir reflektieren Eure Alltagsgeschichten auf eben diese Schlüsselmomente. Im individuellen Lösungsansatz geben wir Euch mit unserem Spotfinder Impulse für theoretisches Denkmodelle als auch konkrete Impulse für Handlungsoptionen. »workspotting« ist eine Offerte an alle, selbst zu workspotter zu werden. PS: Das ist weder Zirkus, noch Zauberei, aber die Branchenbeschreibung "Organisationsemtwicklung" oder "Persönlichkeitsentwicklung" war uns zu trocken.
