The Customer Care Partner delivers exceptional, customer-obsessed service by managing the internal flow of work and ensuring customer requirements are communicated clearly and met on time. This role builds strong customer relationships through proactive communication, coordination of artwork and product requirements, and collaboration with internal teams to review job specifications. The Specialist also manages inventory and forecasted orders, supports the Sales Team in strengthening customer partnerships, provides supplemental coverage as needed, and may travel to meet clients.
