- Role Overview: The Business Process Controller (BPC) acts as a strategic finance partner to the business, responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting decision-making across operational and strategic activities. This role combines industrial controlling, financial analysis, and business partnering, with a strong emphasis on monitoring economic performance and influencing business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
5-10 years of experience.
- Financial Performance & Industrial Controlling Drive and monitor key performance indicators across: Sales and revenue Costs and expenses Purchasing and operational efficiency Ensure achievement of annual financial targets aligned with the strategic plan Provide insights into operational and industrial performance metrics
- Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and management teams Partner with operational teams to: Support strategic initiatives Improve financial outcomes Influence decision-making through financial analysis and business insights
- Investment & Project Controlling Support financial governance of: Investment projects Activity portfolios Collaborate with Project Managers / PMO on: Cost tracking and budget control Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) Fixed asset creation and capitalization
- Internal Controls & Compliance Ensure adherence to: Financial standards Internal control frameworks Maintain integrity, accuracy, and quality of financial data and reporting Support audits and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Process Excellence & Standardization Promote standardization of financial processes and reporting Ensure alignment with shared service models and global best practices Enforce consistency and discipline in financial procedures
