Key Responsibilities
Implement and execute procurement policies and procedures. Source and evaluate products, services, and vendors to obtain the best value, quality, and service. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers while ensuring compliance with company standards. Process purchase requests and purchase orders accurately and within established timelines.
Prepare and submit monthly cost-savings reports to management. Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and order fulfillment. Manage bidding activities and quotation solicitation processes. Ensure familiarity and compliance with Incoterms and importation customs regulations. Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and forecast purchasing requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, innovative products, and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, safety, quality, and company requirements. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier performance. Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field. At least two (2) years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and purchasing, preferably within integrated resorts, casinos, or five-star hotel environments.
Strong knowledge of local and global supplier markets. Proficiency in procurement systems and tools such as Ariba, Check SCM, BirchStreet, SAP, or similar platforms. Ability to integrate technology into sourcing and procurement processes. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to work effectively in a professional and collaborative team environment.

Ability to identify procurement risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and good conduct.
