Role Overview As a Graphic Designer , you’ll work closely with our creative team on digital marketing, influencer campaigns, ads, and social media content. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, understands current content trends, and wants to build strong, real-world design experience in a fast-paced agency setup.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution Assist in creating creatives for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns Work on formats like static posts, carousels, stories, and basic video creatives Support the team in developing engaging, scroll-stopping content Content & Influencer Support Help convert raw influencer/content assets into clean, brand-ready creatives Add basic design elements like text overlays, subtitles, and layouts Ensure content aligns with platform trends and brand tonality Creative Support & Learning Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral content styles Learn how campaigns are built and executed in a real agency environment Brand Alignment Follow brand guidelines while designing creatives Adapt designs based on different brand styles and requirements Asset Management Organize design files, drafts, and templates Assist in maintaining a structured design library for the team What We’re Looking For Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva A portfolio (academic/personal projects work too) showcasing design sense Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Prior internship/project experience is a plus, not mandatory Benefits Why should you join us?
