Access Counselor-Remote (must reside in IL)

Position Purpose: The Access Counselor – Specialized Services plays a key role in coordinating access to care for clients, ensuring timely and effectively solutions while supporting business development efforts. Primarily focused on access coordination, this position will contribute to building relationships with referral sources and expanding service opportunities.

This position will demonstrate flexibility in meeting the needs of professional sources, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, and maintain a strong community present through regular outreach, meetings and events.
