Consumer Loan Underwriting Manager (Hybrid)

The Consumer Loan Underwriting Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day underwriting function for consumer lending, ensuring sound credit decisions, policy compliance, and a strong member experience. This role supervises underwriters, monitors underwriting quality and trends, and supports business goals by balancing prudent risk management with efficient, service-focused decisioning.

The Manager evaluates and structures loan requests, assists with complex approvals, prepares underwriting data and reporting for leadership, and partners closely with the Director of Underwriting/Loan Processing and other lending leaders to drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
