Manager, Retirement Relationship Management

Will manage a team of Relationship Managers as they enhance existing retirement business relationships and develop new revenue-generating opportunities. This position is a mentor and coach for ensuring retirement Relationship Managers deliver comprehensive financial guidance to Alerus retirement clients and serve as their trusted primary point of contact.

This involves leading, coordinating, and tracking the efforts of the Relationship Managers as they work with a team of product subject matter experts and support staff to ensure efficient use of resources in serving our client needs. Will also manage their own portfolio of retirement relationships and generate new business opportunities.
