Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily execution of maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment. This role provides direct supervision, coaching, and technical guidance to maintenance technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with production priorities.
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supports troubleshooting and problem resolution, and ensures accurate execution of work within the CMMS. Through strong frontline leadership and cross-functional collaboration, this position plays a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, reducing downtime, and supporting overall plant performance.
