Job description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to support the Hunger Free Bharat Initiative for a partner organization. The role involves coordinating food distribution activities in underserved communities and driving CSR partnerships, fundraising, and corporate engagement to support the program's growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR, corporate fundraising, partnership development, business development, or social impact initiatives. Proven experience in developing and drafting CSR proposals, fundraising proposals, and partnership pitches for corporate donors and funding organizations Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for potential CSR partners and donors.

Coordinate food distribution drives in slum and underserved communities. Identify and connect with areas and beneficiaries in need of support. Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, volunteers, community leaders, and local stakeholders. Reach out to corporates, foundations, and organizations for CSR partnerships and funding opportunities.

Support fundraising initiatives and donor engagement activities. Assist in planning and executing food donation and community outreach campaigns. Maintain records of outreach activities, partnerships, donations, and program impact.

Requirements

Education

MBA, MA, MSW, or a related field. Experience Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience... Proven experience in developing and drafting CSR proposals. Experience in corporate fundraising and CSR partnerships is preferred. Prior experience working with NGOs, development organizations, or social sector projects will be an advantage.

Skills Strong communication, networking, and relationship-management skills. Ability to engage with corporates and external stakeholders professionally. Interest in social impact, community development, and grassroots initiatives. Self-driven and willing to undertake field visits when required. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
