Director, Clinical Diagnostic Genomic Product Execution & Delivery

The Director of Product Execution and Delivery leads the strategic and operational management of Baylor Genetics’ clinical test portfolio across its full lifecycle, from product intake and launch through optimization, maintenance, and retirement. This role is accountable for ensuring that products remain clinically relevant, operationally scalable, financially viable, and compliant with regulatory and quality requirements.
