Key Responsibilities: Contribute to backend development initiatives within a dedicated technical team. Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality. Design, build, and integrate REST APIs for scalable web-based applications . Take ownership of technical decisions and backend architecture within the team scope.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the organization. Must-Have Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET , preferably .NET 8/9 Experience with CI/CD , Kubernetes , Grafana , or APM tools Proven experience developing and maintaining web-based applications Strong experience with REST APIs , including both integration and design Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes Proficiency in Lithuanian and English Nice to Have: Familiarity with Azure , Service Bus , Docker , or Bitbucket Exposure to Azure AI Search or Apache Lucene
