Senior Strategy Consultant - M&A/CDD focus

You'll be working with a fast-growing scale-up where your voice counts, your ideas shape the business, and you’ll work side by side with top leaders while building skills that will last a lifetime. We’re looking for passionate consultants with 3–6 years of experience who are eager to make a real impact- not just for our clients, but also on the way we grow and innovate as a company.

With our client, you’re not a small cog in a big machine. From day one, you’ll:

• Work on high-impact client projects across industries in Belgium (and sometimes beyond).
• Take a leading role in M&A, private equity, and growth strategy projects — from commercial due diligence to post-deal value creation.
• Collaborate directly with senior leaders — both internally and with our clients, including investors, executives, and founders.
• Learn fast in a close-knit, entrepreneurial environment where mentorship and knowledge-sharing are part of daily life.
• See your ideas put into practice, shaping not only client solutions but also our own growth journey. As a Senior Business Consultant you’ll take ownership, drive change, and build strong client relationships. Your work may include:
• Leading client interviews to understand needs, business models, and ambitions.
• Conducting commercial due diligence to assess market potential, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Supporting private equity and corporate clients with investment theses, strategic reviews, and value-creation plans.
• Building dashboards, reports, and financial models that bring clarity to complexity.
• Screening markets and identifying opportunities for organic or inorganic growth.
• Designing and implementing improved business processes and services.
• Taking the lead on internal initiatives that strengthen our sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with strong academic results (Business Engineering, Engineering, or a related field with a love for business & analytics).
• 3 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market assessments, business plans, or financial modelling.
• A natural communicator who can connect, inspire, and present effectively.
• Fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French as a strong asset.
