Our uniquely redesigned product is a significantly more compact fuel cell with high power density and lower costs of production. To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking a Quality Engineer to build and maintain the quality systems that ensure our fuel cell products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality plans, control plans, PFMEAs and inspection criteria
- Lead APQP/PPAP activities with suppliers and internally
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5-Why)
- Manage non-conformities, containment and continuous improvement
- Perform supplier and internal audits and support ISO 9001 certification
- Analyse quality data (SPC) and drive first-pass-yield improvement
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain Skills and Experience Required:
- BSc/MSc in mechanical, manufacturing, materials or quality engineering is mandatory
- Minimum 3-4 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other problem-solving applications
- Experience with ISO 9001 and auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts
- Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus Start date: Immediately
