Job description
➢ Candidate should have strong understanding on Agile Methodology. ➢ Experience in managing Data and AI projects on Azure and Databricks platform preferred. ➢ Understanding of different phases in Project implementation for Data and AI/ML. ➢ Strong knowledge on tools like JIRA or MS Project and Azure Board ➢ High Level understanding on services related to Data and AI on Azure and Databricks.
➢ Plan, execute, and oversee various projects from initiation to completion. ➢ Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. ➢ Develop detailed project plans, and schedules. ➢ Coordinate resources, including team members, customer stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors. ➢ Should understand Business intelligence and Analytical tools like PowerBI/ Tableau.
➢ Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues or risks (RAIDs). ➢ Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders. ➢ Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. ➢ Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in project delivery processes. ➢ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Requirements
➢ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management). ➢ Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. ➢ Must have Data Project Background and understanding of Data skills. ➢ Must have executed multiple end to end BI/DWH/ETL Projects. ➢ Owning the Project deliverables, prepare the detailed project plan and track it till the closure with all the stakeholders involved.
➢ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ➢ Proficiency in project management tools and software. ➢ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ➢ PMP certification (preferred but not required)
