Department: Human Resources Cessna Lifeline is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience while helping the organization attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. Prepare offer letters, joining documentation, and employee records. Support employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation. Employee Engagement Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Support employee wellness, recognition, and retention initiatives. Help address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture. Coordinate celebrations, events, and team-building activities. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data. Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
Requirements
Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred, but optional. Experience 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources. Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Experience in healthcare or service industries is an advantage.
Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
