Job description
The Sector Director, Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of government and commercial contracts within an assigned sector. The role is responsible for operational execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, workforce leadership, safety, quality, and contract compliance.
Working collaboratively with Business Development and corporate support functions, the Sector Director drives operational excellence, supports growth initiatives, and ensures successful delivery across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
