This position is responsible for the direction and management of all Head Start Center (here inafter, Center) functions to include development and implementation of the department budget, staffing, operations, and maintaining compliance.  This includes advanced or specialized knowledge and skills in managing Head Start Component Area responsibilities.

This position will collaborate with the Center team, Education Board, Policy Council and Tribal Council to provide leadership in the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of all program systems for continuous quality improvement.
